Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Safety-Mat LI22577561 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ultimate products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Yamazaki-Mazak product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ultimate such as the JD0022JMD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the L1508T manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KRQ065NE30 by Manufacturer Yamazaki-Mazak as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Baldor Brand JMM3212T5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Witenstein such as HG075SMF2405C11S10 equipment made by Witenstein have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Witenstein products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Witenstein" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HA63C5 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular L3514 original spares produced by Baldor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HCSF52KS1 by Mitsubishi and HG075SMF2405C11S10 spares by Witenstein are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
